Biscuits and Gravy (Biscuit Can Recipe #1)

This whole recipe takes only about 12-15 minutes to make, perfect to make while the biscuits bake!

Biscuits and Gravy

2 biscuits from a can of premade biscuits OR homemade biscuits
1 tsp oil
3 links of breakfast sausage or 2 sausage patties
1 tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

  1. (Put your biscuits in the oven now. This gravy comes together pretty quickly). In a small saucepan over medium high heat, warm the oil.
  2. Once hot, add in the sausages and brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Add the flour into the oil and stir until a paste forms. Pour in the milk, little by little, stirring constantly in order to prevent lumps.
  4. Add the sausages back in and season the gravy to taste. Spoon onto the biscuits and enjoy!
