These would make an awesome breakfast or dessert, and they’re pretty quick and simple!
Cinnamon Rolls
1 can of biscuits (you can increase/decrease this recipe as desired)
~3 tbsp butter, softened
~1/2 cup brown sugar
~2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375F, and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Combine all of the biscuits into a ball of dough and roll out into a large rectangle about 1/3 inch thick.
- Spread with softened butter. Then, sprinkle on the brown sugar, being sure to cover the whole rectangle. Lastly, sprinkle on the cinnamon, lightly dusting the whole rectangle.
- Roll the rectangle up, and slice into about 1 1/2 inch thick rounds. Place into the baking dish.
- Bake about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
You can top these with a quick glaze made from 1 cup of powdered sugar mixed with 1 tbsp of milk.
