Panzanella takes literally like five minutes to make. It’s so good, so healthy, and so easy!
Easy Panzanella Salad
1/2 cup of 1/2 inch cubes of bread (toasted or not)
1 small tomato, diced
1/3 cucumber, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp red onion, diced
pinch salt and pepper
1/4 tsp dried basil
italian salad dressing of choice
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. That’s literally it. Enjoy!
