Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts

As a fall side, appetizer, or main course, this quick recipe is great!

Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts

3 strips bacon
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 lb brussel sprouts

  1. Cook bacon in pan over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and chop into bacon bits.
  2. In the same pan, still over medium heat, melt butter. Then add onion and brussel sprouts to the pan.
  3. Cook 8-10 minutes, until browned on one side, and the leaves are a vibrant green.
  4. Mix back in bacon bits. Enjoy!
