As a fall side, appetizer, or main course, this quick recipe is great!
Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts
3 strips bacon
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 lb brussel sprouts
- Cook bacon in pan over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and chop into bacon bits.
- In the same pan, still over medium heat, melt butter. Then add onion and brussel sprouts to the pan.
- Cook 8-10 minutes, until browned on one side, and the leaves are a vibrant green.
- Mix back in bacon bits. Enjoy!
