Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookies

Honestly this recipe is amazing; I make it far too often. It also only uses one bowl and a baking pan!

Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookies
(from No 2 Pencil)

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl, microwave butter until soft but NOT melted.
  3. Add in brown sugar, sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix with a fork. Stir in egg yolk.
  4. Add in flour and baking powder and stir to combine. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon onto greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 6 cookies!
