My friend Cole showed me how to make these, and they’re so easy and yummy!
S’More Chocolate Chip Cookies
Refrigerated cookie dough (12 cookies worth)
6 graham crackers, broken into squares (in half)
6 jumbo marshmallows
1 1/2 Hershey chocolate bars (18 rectangles of chocolate)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- On a greased cookie sheet, lay out all 12 graham cracker squares.
- Lay 3 rectangles of chocolate on each graham cracker.
- Rip each marshmallow in half and lay both halves on top of chocolate.
- Flatten each cookie’s portion of cookie dough and lay it atop the marshmallow.
- Bake for about 11 minutes, until cookie looks cooked through and chocolate and marshmallow have melted.
(for this recipe, you can use any amount of cookie dough, as long as you have enough graham crackers to go with it)
